Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Netwrkly collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details, and communications. We also collect information automatically, including device information, usage patterns, and interaction data.

3. Use of Information

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, provide personalized experiences, and develop new features. This includes using data to power AI-driven recommendations and networking insights.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with other users, event organizers, and service providers as necessary to provide the Platform. We may also share aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and business purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using available in-app tools. Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information; however, no system is completely secure.

8. BspokeCal and Browser Extension

BspokeCal is a Netwrkly product for curating and publishing event calendars. When you use BspokeCal, we collect the information you provide (such as calendar names, event details, and account credentials) and usage data needed to operate the service.

The optional BspokeCal browser extension lets you save events from webpages to your BspokeCal calendar. The extension only collects data when you explicitly choose “Save to BspokeCal” from the right-click menu. In that case, we may collect:

  • The URL of the page you are saving
  • Event details visible on that page (title, date, location, description, image)
  • An extension authentication token, stored locally in your browser

The extension does not collect your general browsing history, track you across websites, or access pages you have not chosen to save. We do not sell extension data or use it for advertising. Event data is transmitted securely to your BspokeCal account over HTTPS.

You can disconnect the extension at any time from the extension popup, or revoke your extension token in BspokeCal Settings. To request deletion of data saved through BspokeCal, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

9. Google API Services and Limited Use

Netwrkly's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Google services (such as Google Calendar or Google Sign-In), we access only the data needed to provide the features you request—for example, checking free/busy availability and creating or deleting Netwrkly-scheduled meeting events with Google Meet links. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models, sell personal data, or serve advertising.

You may disconnect Google access at any time from your account settings or by revoking Netwrkly's access in your Google Account permissions.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
